5.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
5.2 Paid Subscription
After the trial period, continued access to Pro features requires a paid subscription at the current pricing displayed on our website ($39/month or $390/year as of the date above).
5.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription or through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice via email.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MyTradersEdge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your trade data belongs to you. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or input.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at mytradersedge.com/privacy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTradersEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from technical failures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@mytradersedge.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain your data for up to 90 days after termination before permanent deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
