01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyTradersEdge ("the Service") operated by MyTradersEdge ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

02 Description of Service

MyTradersEdge is a web-based trading journal and analytics platform that allows users to:

• Log and track trades across multiple asset classes and accounts
• Import trade history via CSV from supported brokers and platforms
• Analyze trading performance through dashboards and reports
• Receive AI-powered coaching insights based on their trade data
• Track prop firm evaluation progress

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyTradersEdge. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is available in most countries but we reserve the right to restrict access in certain jurisdictions.

04 Account Registration

To use MyTradersEdge, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@mytradersedge.com

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

05 Free Trial and Subscription

5.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

5.2 Paid Subscription
After the trial period, continued access to Pro features requires a paid subscription at the current pricing displayed on our website ($39/month or $390/year as of the date above).

5.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription or through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice via email.

06 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

07 Trading Disclaimer

The AI coaching features provide educational insights based on your historical trade data. These insights are not financial advice and should not be relied upon for trading decisions.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.

08 Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MyTradersEdge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your trade data belongs to you. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or input.

09 Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at mytradersedge.com/privacy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTradersEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from technical failures.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@mytradersedge.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain your data for up to 90 days after termination before permanent deletion.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

14 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
