We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted immediately — including your trades, accounts, settings, and coaching history. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
For cancelled subscriptions where the account has not been deleted, your data remains stored until you choose to delete your account. We do not automatically delete data for inactive accounts.
Payment transaction records may be retained longer as required by applicable law (typically 7 years for tax purposes). These records contain only transaction metadata — no card numbers or banking details are ever stored.

Our sub-processors (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic) each maintain their own SCC frameworks for these transfers.
